What a pleasure it has been working with you and your staff on the purchase of our new furniture. It was obvious from the minute we walked into your store that your sales people are knowledgeable and are passionate about selling the products you offer. Immediately, we knew we came to the right place.

Our initial meeting with Susie was so wonderful and positive as we began to see the potential of how your furniture could make our family room into the great room that it is today. It was Susie who developed a layout of our room with a leather sectional accented by two black ultra-suede conversation chairs and a beautiful bar table with three matching stools. We were very pleased with the services Susie provided.

When the time came for us to make a decision about ordering our furniture, we then had the pleasure of meeting you, Rick. It was your enthusiasm, sincerity and willingness to work with our budget that helped us make our decision. In addition, the policies that you and your company stand behind are impressive. You have fabulous furniture, great prices and a risk-free guarantee, why would we go anywhere else?

To top things off, you movers were the most professional and the most pleasant of any we have dealt with in the past. As you are aware, we moved into our new home in December and we had to deal with multiple moving companies. None could compare with the individuals who brought our new Leather Expressions furniture into our home. By the way, the movie and the popcorn was great touch.

Just wanted to write a note to express our appreciation for the wonderful service we received from everyone at Erdman's recently when we purchased a new sectional.

Kevin Wolfe was extremely knowledgeable & helpful in choosing the leather grade & style of sofa. Tom was also influential in our decision. Even your delivery people were courteous & most importantly, on time.

To whom it may concern,

I recently purchased a leather love seat from your company. I went to your showroom in Bensalem (I looked at several other stores before yours) on November 3rd to see your selection of leather furniture, I was impressed with the side selection and the in stock availability of products. The sales person (Kate) told me more about leather then any other salesperson that I spoke to at any of the other chin stores. It was no pressure sales, product knowledge and her personality that sold me. That would have been the end of it and I would have not written this letter but you had to go and provide (1) Free delivery and (2) A guaranteed time of when the delivery would be made to my home. We scheduled the delivery for Friday (3 days after the order) between 1pm and 2:30 and right on schedule Pat and Chris came and delivered the love seat. They were friendly and very careful in setting up the love seat. Then that would have been the end of it and I would not have written this letter but then I received a "Thank You" card from Kate. So I had to write and let you know what 1st Class Service that you provide and let you know that when I purchase additional furniture for my home and office I plan to save time by just driving to your store.
